Join us for a conversation about the use of telehealth and business continuity during COVID-19. 

Gregory E. Smith, MD, family physician with Anointed Health Partners, a small group practice on Chicago's south side, will share how he and he clinical practice teammates have converted to telehealth and what their plans are for business continuity for the coming weeks.   Anointed Health Partners is an affiliated practice with Advocate Physician Partners.  Dr. Smith is the AdvocateAurora Trinity Hospital PHO medical director.
Our moderator is Lucy Zielinski, Lumina Health Partners, is a practice management consultant, specializing in solo/small group practices.  Ms. Zielinski has worked with IAFP for 15+ years to aid practices with revenue cycles, transformation, coding and billing. After participating in this activity, attendees will:
  • What processes are in place and what new ones are envisioned to have most patient interaction be via telehealth;
  • What challenges were faced and what best practices were implemented;
  • Coding and payment for telehealth.
  • Business continuity (including revenues, expenses, cash flow, and projections)
