IAFP has an All-Member Assembly which convenes at the IAFP Annual Meeting. Any active member present can vote on resolutions presented at the All-Member Assembly. Student and resident constituencies may put forward up to five delegates to cast votes on behalf of those constituencies. Any IAFP member may have the privilege of the floor to speak to a resolution or during the open floor session of the Assembly.
IAFP members may submit a resolution to the Assembly up to 45 days prior to the date of the Assembly. After that date, any resolution submitted is considered a "Late Resolution" and will require a 3/4 affirmative vote at the All-Member Assembly to be considered, debated and voted.
