Order PPE Through AAFP’s Collaboration With Project N95
To help members who are having trouble acquiring PPE, the AAFP is collaborating again with Project N95 to purchase N95 respirators (certified by the CDC and NIOSH), Level 1 and 2 AAMI isolation gowns, disposable face shields, and examination gloves in bulk. These products are being sold to
members at a bulk pricing rate.

Please order now for your anticipated needs over the coming months. There are no minimum or maximum order requirements.
Dates: November 30 at 11 a.m. CST through December 8 at 2 p.m. CST. No pre-registration required.

Registration Information:
If this is your first time ordering from Project N95:
1. Complete a Customer Registration Form.
2. After submitting this form, set up a password by visiting Project N95's web shop and selecting
"Forgot my password." You will receive an email with a validation code that you will enter
before creating a password. The email may go to a spam or promotions folder so be sure to
check there.
3. Upon completing the password reset, you will be able to immediately select and order your
PPE.

If you have ordered from Project N95 before:
1. Visit Project N95’s web shop and select “Forgot my password.”
2. You will receive an email to the same address you previously used to make a purchase. The
email may go to a spam or promotions folder so be sure to check there.
3. Enter the code on the login page and create your password. After completing the password
reset, you will be able to immediately select and order your PPE.
This program is open only to AAFP members who live in the 50 states of the United States;
Washington, D.C.; or Puerto Rico.
