Illinois State law now requires physicians to have 1 CME credit in sexual harassment prevention before their licenses are renewed. The law takes effect January 1, 2020.

• Identify possible situations where sexual harassment can arise;
• Describe processes that need to be in place to allow safe and confidential reporting
• Plan to implement sexual harassment policies in the practice.
