Please tell them you are with the Iowa Academy of Family Physicians room block to receive the discounted room rate. Book a rate of $190.00 per night for a King or Queen/Queen in the Inn. Special rates of $190.00 for a one-bedroom villa and $250.00 for a two-bedroom villa. Please note all villas are a 2-night minimum stay. All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 11%, as well as the resort amenity fee.
