Join in and hear your colleagues who work in county health departments discuss COVID-19. Please share this with anyone you like! Please register for Family physicians and county health departments: Stories and plans from COVID-19 After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Family physicians serve as medical directors, executive directors, board members and advisors to Illinois' county health departments. The conversation will explore how county health departments have fared during COVID-19 and what their plans are for the next 6 months. After participating, attendees will be able to: o prepare their practice to work with their county health department for the next six months as the COVID-19 pandemic continues o list how they can advise patients to get testing for COVID-19, and for COVID vaccine (if it becomes available) o choose how they may work with their county health department to increase vaccination rates with their patients.
