June 18, 2020 at 8pm CT - Physician Contract Issues in Light of COVID-19

This webinar is for physicians who are either independent contractors or employees who want to understand their contract rights related to issues that have arisen during the pandemic.  Physicians have been asked to accept less pay, change their hours, or even to accept being furloughed.  Some physicians may have been terminated entirely.  It is important for physicians to understand their rights and options if their contract has been violated.

Presented by Ericka Adler, JD, LLM. Ms. Adler devotes a large part of her practice to advising professionals and practices on their contracts and compensation arrangements, and in assisting her clients in the acquisition and sale of health care entities. She works with providers in matters relating to HIPAA, fraud and abuse, billing audits, government investigations, licensure matters and contract disputes.Ericka Adler, JD, LLM, Roetzler and Andress, www.ralaw.com She her blog at www.physicianspractice.com  LinkedIn profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/ericka-adler-87a2a93/ Our moderator, Lucy Zielinski, Lumina Health Partners, has collaborated with IAFP for over 15 years to provide practice management consulting and project transformation. https://www.luminahp.com/about-lumina-health-partners/
