I’m looking forward to sharing the virtual stage with AAFP president Dr. Gary LeRoy and Senior Vice President Dr. Julie Wood tonight at 7pm with my Rush and IAFP board colleague Dr. Deborah Edberg. We will co-present on our experiences as employed physicians dealing with COVID-19 in America’s third largest city.

We’ll continue to send a Wednesday Weekly COVID-19 email from IAFP as long as there is new and important information to share, while keeping our COVID-19 recommended resources updated. On Sundays, you will receive a separate email with the schedule of our COVID-19 educational activities for the upcoming week, which are also on this web page.  We continue to add to the list of members who have been in the news here.

This Friday, April 24: Nina Ahmad, MD and critical care/respiratory care physician, Gregory Botz, MD will present "Ventilator Management and the #COVID19 Crisis: What Family Physicians Need to Know and Do."
