Family Medicine Midwest - Call for Abstracts

FMM Call for Abstracts is now open!

Family Medicine Midwest is back in Illinois in 2015 (taking place October 9-11, 2015 at the Loews Chicago O'Hare in Rosemont). FMM will accept abstracts for workshops, lectures and panel presentations, as well as 15 minute research presentations and posters. All abstracts and proposals must be received through the online submission form.

Important Deadlines:

May 26 - Call for abstracts closes (for all presentations)
June 8 - Call for student poster submissions closes

Tobacco Cessation for the Primary Care Provider: A Quality Improvement Initiative

IAFP and the Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics are pleased to introduce this new program, which is approved for ABFM MoC Part IV. Made possible by the Cook County Department of Public Health through funds received from the Illinois Department of Public Health, this initiative is now online. Adolescent Immunization Initiative
