Chicago Essential Evidence 2020 Schedule Friday, March 20, 2020 Accreditation- This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the sponsorship of the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians (IAFP). The Illinois Academy of Family Physicians accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Credit Designation -AMA PRA Category 1 - The Illinois Academy of Family Physicians designates this live activity, Chicago Essential Evidence Topics for a maximum of 11 AMA PRA Category 1 credits™. Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.
