Significant changes are in store for more than 1 million Medicaid and All Kids enrollees:

Beginning in 2007, most enrollees living in Cook and Collar Counties will be required to choose a Primary Care Provider as part of the shift to a new Primary Care Case Management system known as Illinois Health Connect.  

This is your opportunity to learn more about these new programs, and to get answers to your questions directly from Illinois Health Connect staff.
