This modification, as recommended by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), highlights the importance of scheduling 16-year-old adolescent patients for necessary vaccinations to help protect them against serious infectious diseases

HPV Quality Improvement: Completing the Series part of the Immunizing Adolescents against Human Papillomavirus (HPV): What You Need to Know activity

 Our Aim:

  • Increase the rate of completion of the recommended three-dose series of HPV vaccine in appropriate patients.
  • Increase the number of scheduled HPV immunizations by at least 20%
