Serves as the administrative leader of the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians. Works closely with the Board to determine Academy goals and manages staff and budget to accomplish them. Serves as the Vice President of Education.  Oversees all education programs. Foundation's Executive director.

Directs all Academy meetings.  Works with student and resident events for the Academy and Foundation. Serves as the program director for the Summer Externship Program.

Administers Tar Wars program, handles public relations campaigns; award programs,  media requests and  publication advertisement sales.  Student & resident activities for the Foundation.
