Serves as the administrative leader of the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians. Works closely with the Board to determine Academy goals and manages staff and budget to accomplish them. Serves as the Vice President of Education.  Oversees all education programs. Foundation's Executive director.

Writes, edits, and manages the printing & production of  Family Physician and all other Academy publications and printed materials.  Administers Tar Wars program, handles public relations campaigns; award programs,  media requests and  publication advertisement sales.

Manages IAFP headquarters office.  Provides administrative support to the Executive Vice President.  Handles committee, board correspondence and daily Foundation activities, registrations for all IAFP events.

Responsible for the development and distribution of all IAFP CME programs.  Also handles ACCME and AAFP accreditation.  Manages all Academy meetings
