NOMINATIONS NEEDED FOR THE IAFP 2007 AWARDS
The Public Relations Task Force requests that IAFP members submit nominations for our annual awards programs. There are over 2,100 active IAFP family physicians across the state. Each has a story, and many have extraordinary stories. Tell us about someone you know! As we transform the future of family medicine, we need to showcase those family doctors who got us this far and those who will take family medicine into that future.
The deadline for submitting nominees for any or all of the awards has been extended to March 31, 2007. Use the forms provided here in Family Physician! Details and criteria for each award follows.
